Enjoyed lunch at this new cafe/expresso bar last week. In discussions with the chef who came out to our table he advised that he could convert most of the menu to gluten free. I chose the pulled pork sandwich with salad (although the GF bread was ordinary) which was delicious. Plenty of other options which I will try next time.
Coffee was the best I had tasted in Cairns with a gluten free Italian biscuit on the side.
Definitely worth a second visit.
